We call our license model „Solutions as a Service“.

It is founded on these core values:

• Need to do.
• Fair trade.
• Freedom of choice.

It aims at eliminating speculative motives in business connections, also between licensee and customer. It ensures cost-efficient solutions. It protects licensees and their customers from risks that otherwise come along with using web technology for the work organization. It furthers a fair course of business for all involved partners.

An illustrated explanation is available for download. The document describes core values, and the exact division of labor between vendors, licensees and customers in dealing with incidents and change requests. It concludes with a discussion of business models that can be associated with „software (distribution) as a service“.

During the original development of the ALI system three white papers were published. They document basic aspects of the ALI way: The partnership articles of the ALI VEB corporation, the concept of developing and operating ALI applications and the initial ideas.
