Since start of the 2nd quarter 2010 the ALI software product is declared future property of the "ALI Vertriebs- und Betriebsgesellschaft".

- The partners share all proceeds proportional to their resepctive investment.
- The partnership once a year decides on an investment prospectus. It defines among others, which investment opportunities are available for that year.
- The partnership accepts financial deposits as well as deposits with money value from labor.
- To foster a lasting and long-term development, the partnership defines a yearly target interest for all investments.

Translators note: The name approximately translates as "ALI marketing and business partnership". The German name abbreviates as "ALI VEB", which refers to a lost socialist legal form.
