Licensee - The license agreement defines a small fixed one-time payment to the ALI VEB corporation per project and a small fixed percentage of the total revenue of that project. The average training effort to become a fluent ALI developer and operator is between one and three months, depending on the given skills and experience.

End customer - Licensees can pursue their own business policies. But they are required to

• enable the end customer to quit using the ALI application at any time, without costs and with a complete migration of all data to the open ALI data format.
• Licensees are required to provide the end customer with all product releases. These releases they obtain for free from the ALI VEB corporation.
• End customers shall only be charged, if a running ALI application or its infrastructure changes.
